Water retention is reduced, the lymph drained and the vital vascular system gently relieved. The pleasant moist warmth also has a positive effect on the respiratory system, frontal sinuses, bronchia, eyes and auditory canals. The skin is smoothed and blood circulation improves. The targeted exposition to steam of the pelvic area causes a gentle body warming of 1-2 °C in just 20 to 40 minutes. As a result, back muscles, abdominal and pelvic organs are relaxed and stimulated in their function.
