Good to know:

Arrival and departure:
Rooms can be moved into from 14:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Saturday. Should you arrive earlier or arrive later than 17:00, we ask you to leave a brief message.

On the departure we kindly ask you to leave the rooms by 10:30 am at the latest.

Check in:
Due to organisational reasons, check in on Sunday is possible only until 11:00 AM and from 17:30 to 19:00! Other arrival times must be agreed upon by phone. Thank you for your understanding.

Visitor’s tax:

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 in the dining room of the hotel Zum Turm.

Smoking:
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. In Italy smoking in public premises and hotel rooms is not allowed.

Lift:
Due to preservation order of the historical site, the last floor is unfortunately not accessible by lift. We ask for your understanding!

Dogs:
Dogs are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

Terms of payment:
The hotel bill can be settled in cash (in euro) or with all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners). Bank checks will not be accepted.

Parking:
Booking a hotel room includes a parking space. The garage is just a two walking minutes away (about 150m).

Pool:
Our guests are allowed to use the swimming pool with large lawn of the guesthouse Saltneregg, open from mid-May to mid-September for free.

Cancellation and cancellation fees:
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total room price will be charged for the booked period. No discount can be granted for meals that have not been taken. All prices are per person and include breakfast. Booking a hotel room includes a parking space. The actual printed price list invalidates all previously mentioned prices. Price, exchange rate and date changes, errors and mistakes reserved.

• Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total amount
• Cancellation no later than 45 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed total amount
• The cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration.
• General contract conditions according to para. 1341 Italian Civil Code.
• If the cancelled room can be rented anyway, only the non-rented days will be charged or the cancellation fee will be waived completely.
